Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay was really enjoyable. The hotel had a rustic charm and was clean, with a fantastic location right near the lake. While the dining experience left something to be desired, the comfortable rooms and great balcony views made up for it. Price-wise, it's a bit on the higher end, but the value considering the location is undeniable.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, which offers not only a upgrade of rooms that shows their attention to detail but also breathtaking views of Waterton Lakes. The food was exceptional, truly adding to the romantic atmosphere. On the downside, there were some issues with the air conditioning in my room, but overall, it was a refreshing escape that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The hotel aimed to provide a nostalgic experience, but it left something to be desired overall. While the room was clean and spacious enough for our needs, the outdated furnishings and lack of amenities felt disappointing for the price. The noise levels weren't ideal, especially with ongoing renovations, and the extra damage deposit added to our frustration. Given better options in the area, I may consider other places next time.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was stunning with a breathtaking view by the lake, the room I stayed in was quite outdated and smaller than expected. The customer service at the gift shop left much to be desired, which was disappointing. Overall, it was decent for a short stay, but there are areas that need improvement.
I had a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms, but the construction noise was quite bothersome early in the morning. The location is great for exploring the town, but some amenities could use improvement, especially considering the price. Overall, it's a nice spot for nature lovers but be prepared for a bit of chaos during renovations.
